Campo Grande (MS) hosted the last edition of the CONSECTI & CONFAP 2022 National Forum. Between November 30th and December 2nd, the capital city of the state of Mato Grosso promoted the meeting of presidents and representatives from 27 State Research Support Foundations (FAPs), State Secretaries of ST&I, representatives from federal and international agencies that promote Science, Technology and Innovation, as well as the academic and scientific community of the region. The president of the Tropical Water Research Alliance (TWRA), Professor José Francisco Gonçalves Junior, participated in this important event in the International Cooperation session. In his presentation, the professor exposed the international cooperation achievements that are in execution, especially those in partnership with some FAPs that support the Alliance. During the event, Professor Dr. Mario Neto Borges (TWRA’s benefactor member) was honored and participated as a guest of the Foundation for Support to the Development of Education, Science and Technology of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul (FUNDECT) and the National Council of State Foundations for Research Support (CONFAP).
This edition of the Forum is a realization of the National Council of State Secretaries for Science, Technology and Innovation Affairs (CONSECTI) and the CONFAP, in partnership with the FUNDECT and the State Secretariat of Environment, Economic Development, Production and Family Agriculture (SEMAGRO).
