World Earth Day is celebrated on April 22 and represents the struggle in defense of the environment. The 2021 theme is “Restore our Earth”.
The date promotes reflection on the importance of the planet. In addition to allowing the development of environmental awareness. The date that was already important, with the pandemic has become crucial. For example, several countries have seen their airs become more breathable; nature returned to occupy its spaces, previously totally dominated by man; and emissions of polluting gases that potentiate climate change have been reduced.
Today, we know that the natural resources offered by planet Earth are finite. We need to rethink the use of natural resources in our model of society. Hoping to build a better world today, and a habitable planet for future generations!
